Root adb not responding

You have to input adb shell first. This will bring up the $ prompt. Type su and make sure your phone's screen is on to allow Super User. The prompt will change to a #. You can then type the commands.

You're still on the stock ROM unless you change it. If you mean the stock Recovery, I don't think anyone has a copy of it so the only way to uninstall Custom Recovery is to flash the stock ROM using LGNPST.

oh okay. sense i have the rom installed how do i boot into recovery without having to connect to the computer using adb?

Three ways:
1) Download Terminal from the market and enter the command reboot recovery
2) Download AnReboot from the market and choose reboot recovery from the choices.
3) With the phone off: Hold Home key, Vol Down key and then press and hold the Power key as well. You'll boot into Custom Recovery. Don't release too soon or you'll boot normally.

another thing im trying another rom but now when trying to reboot into recovery tells me
sh: /system/bin/reboot: cannot execute binary file?
