Help ADB push. Can someone help me understand this?

So I have the SDK downloaded and extracted to my desktop. I want to install a few new apk's but I honestly have no idea where to go from here.

So far I've clicked on the SDK manager and accepted all, downloaded and updated everything..................???? then?

Appreciate any help
