Would it not be something simple like:
Context -App- Selected apps, for eg Angry birds.
Task-Internet -Off.
 
yea just like above..

context games,apps > task - wifi & data off > exit task - wifi & data on

although sometimes my wifi/data when turning back on seem to fight each other in *WHO* is priority lol but then it just settles down.
