Unless you're adding the phone to an existing Business or SERO account, you should be able to buy the phone at any Best Buy, Radio Shack or Online (i.e. Simplexity) for much less than Sprint retail. Plus, you won't have to mess with any mail-in rebates. Once the account is activated, call up Sprint and have them apply your 23% corporate discount; it shouldn't effect anything...
I've been watching the prices for about 2 months and the best deal right now is radio shack online for $179.99. Some people said that best buy will match the radio shack online price in the store, so give that a try if you prefer best buy.
