Adding an EVO to existing plan

Okay so heres the deal.
my dad recently switched to sprint and im looking to also when the EVO comes out,but can i still preorder when im adding a line to an existing one (my dads)?

And is there any other fees that would have to be paid to do so.

I really hope i can preorder so that i dont get stuck waiting a million years like those who want incredibles

Yes. You can add it to an existing account. As far as fees go, it all depends on if your dad had a deposit. But you would get the phone for $199.
