Help Adding app to big 3/4 at bottom

I was able to delete the messaging app from the big 3 at the bottom of the home screen.

Now how do I add email to that line?

I've tried apps and dragging but it just wants to delete it.

Now I have only 3: phone, contacts, apps.
I would like to add a 4th.

Select "Applications", from the 4 icons already there.

Then "Menu", and select "Edit"

You can now swap and change as you like. (while in edit, just drag the e-mail button to the bottom row)
