Help Adding ICE contacts to contact list

First-time smartphone user. When my contact list was integrated onto new phone, it did not list my ICE contact info (In Case of Emergency). Anyone know if there is some way to do this?
 
your google account should have added them during the sync process for verizon, did it not happen? are you on a rom? rooted?
