Help Adding Icons to Sony Media Panel

Have a Xperia S,and such a good phone, undated to ICS at last via 02 UK.

Just a quick question, how do I add a program to the Medai icon in the bottom bar. It currently has a couple of spare spaces and I want to add a icon to it.

Any ideas?

Just create a shortcut on the main screen and then drag it into the media box.

Aditional tip:

Where it says media, you can tap that to rename it.
