Root Adding wallpapers

Maybe I'm blind but where are wallpapers stored?And how you I go about adding some.Like I've said before twist3d is my first rom ever and I've learned a lot of things here.Something this easy should be but I'm stumped.I can find them on jellybean on my infuse lol.Thanks for any help.
I thought data/data com.android.settings
 
If you are using the stock Rom they are in system/app lgwallpaperpicker.apk inside the apk the walls are stored in the drawable folder

If you mean the default wallpaper it's inside of framework-res.apk in system/framework inside the apk in the drawable folder as default_wallpaper.jpg

Ok I mean wallpapers so I must need to add that back into my rom lol no wonder I couldn't find it since mines based off others here.Thanks man brain fart here.I know the default.

I'm curious, what program do you use to edit an .APK file?
