So the factory data wipe fixed it sort of .

No. Factory data didn't fix anything. It just errored out and went back to the wipe screen. I'm pretty sure it's hard bricked. I plug it in when turned off and the computer can see it. But it won't let me access it. Like a CD Rom drive with a bad CD. I got a few more tricks up my sleeve and then I'm done. It's taken too much of my time to fix this. And I learned somebody took it to best buy to have them fix it. Here's your sign

If its at the wipe screen you need to wipe data and cache or factory data wipe .
