Hey guys,
About a week ago I bought a samsung admire for the bf and today it has stopped ringing when someone calls. It's not on silent mode and I've tried switching tones and turning it off and back on and still nothing. Because he was an existing customer when we bought it he can't return it to the store (which I feel is absurd), instead I would have to go through the hoopla of having to contact the manufacturer. Does anyone have any idea of what might be happening and how I can fix it? Any tips would be appreciated

so I went ahead and did a factory reset. All is well now, not sure what the issue was but I sure am glad I saved all the contacts to the SD lol..
