Well what worked for me and mind you i watch and read exactly 132 posted either video and or texted methods, my mistake was having my external sdloaded with everything i needed to make using the phone easier and installing the needed stuff i on mistake mind you, put the factory memory back in after doing a reset, so it was just ALL out of the box, then i did the rooting procedure, the phone graphics look different, the smoothness is quite noticable and the speed of it is apples and oranges. the only problem i have an ill attempt to resolve that today is that thou im rooted, none of the apps recognize me as such.
