I've looked, but are there any that you don't need a rooted phone and is free?

go launcher ex comes with cool themes and customization options + screen shot tool thats how i took my screen shot.

install go launcher ex from the market (play store)
hit home key when its done installing
select go launcher as your home launcher
watch phone TRANSFORM!
swipe up on any page
select MORE at the top of the new selection that appears
should be the last option on the bottom "screen shot"
