Why is it when I loaded adobe flash player on my optimus t it will not let me install it to my phone. In order to watch fearnet.com or play certain videos or games I have to have a flash driver. If anyone knows how to install this flash player or about a plugin that is neede for the lg optimus t, please I need help I have even tried lg with no responding.

Welcome to the forums!
Lg P509 Optimus T has just ARMv6 processor (like most of Android phones) equipped. ARMv7 is needed to install Adobe Flash player, so it won't run on your phone. Blame Adobe, but anyway, flash would be probably too slow on your phone.
