Help Adobe Flash to happen 3/18/11. Discuss here.

Needless to say I think there will be a bunch of pissed off people if that happens.....always better to under promise, and over deliver!
 
Is it going to be ant different than what we got last week? Also should we uninstall last weeks flash before we install the new one?
 
I downloaded Flash 10.2 for my Incredible. I don't have a xoom but does it show Flash Player 10.2 in the adroid market anywhere that you could download it and see if it works?
 
Downloaded 10.2 to my Droid X, Droid Incredible, Droid 2 global with no issues. When I searched for flash in the market previously it would not show up on my Xoom but now when searching it shows Flash 10.2 but when I click on it it goes to Flash 10.1. WTH?
 
Looks like some of the txt isn't updated, even though the details say 10.1 it is 10.2. Installed fine on the xoom, though I had to restart before anything worked. Can now see videos on CNN and engadget!. Looks like it works.

Huh? I don't even see it in the Market. Did you download the leaked version?

I just installed Flash 10.2 on my Droid X -- it shows up, downloads and installs fine there.
 
Not the leak. Went to the market on the xoom and searched for adobe flash. It came up titled adobe flash player 10.2. When I clicked on it all the text still said 10.1 but I was able to download and install it. The xoom says it is 10.2
 
I can't see one difference from what was leaked this time last week. I think we were unknowing beta testers over the past week.

Ah. I though I'd seen it mentioned, but was very unsure. I do know the Topdocumentaryfilms site is working now and it was not before the flash install.

As far as operating, I'm seeing it pretty smooth, but stopping occasionally for buffering. No jerkyness particularly.
 
I installed it and restarted my xoom, but I cannot view ANY flash at all. It does appear in my "applications" menu area.
 
I just noticed that when you look at the bottom of the description of the so called flash 10.2, it says email the developer, and the developer is listed as "zachs@zachspong.com".

Coupled with the fact that no flash actually works on the xoom, and I am calling BS on this one, and wondering what access we have just given this app.

I think the people who are saying it works, have not uninstalled the previous version. If you try and download just the "prerelease" version from the market, it doesnt work.

I don't see where you see that. Flash works fine on mine. No different than it has with the leaked version. Maybe you do a different app?
