Why does it not allow you to rotate documents?

Mine allows me to rotate. You have auto-rotate on?

It does move around with the phones rotate but if the pdf is landscape then turning it around wont get it displayed how I want. What I need is a manual rotate icon within adobe reader for android and wondered if it had one?

I use QuickOffice to read pdfs. It has a rotate option. If I'm understanding your post.
