because it is not a system app but it is readily available in the play store.

yeah its available on play store but they say "This app is no longer compatible with your device".
Should be compatible with a Samsung A50, given that that's quite a recent phone. Maybe there's an issue that the developer(Adobe) needs to fix?
You could try installing a version from APKmirror, see if that works or not.
