Has anyone had a problem with the advance payment method?? I put money in My account on 1/23/13 and my bill was due on 1/25/13. But my account still says low funds and that My bill Is still due on 1/25/13. But next to that says paid 
its 1:55am yet i still didnt Get A comfirmation that my bill was payed.
