Trying to root my friends inspire 4g for him. I read the effin manual many times but couldn't find the answer to my problem. When I try to run hack-ace.cmd I get a message saying my pc ENV is damaged and should be repaired any 1 know how to fix this?

google "how to disable all unnecessary tasks and services in windows".

just follow every prerequisite and preparation that he lists.... it works!

i timed it, under 6 minutes if you follow every step to a T.
