advanced calling/ data on call

I activated advanced calling. It still will not let me use data when on a call. Any ideas? It goes right to 1g as soon as i connect a call. Then back to 4g when i hang up.

Try toggling it off and back on in the phone's settings. It could also be that the lte signal is too marginal to carry the call so the phone chooses to use cdma instead.

ok tried that, didnt help. This feature works perfect on our other turbo.

I guess the next thing I would try is to toggle VoLTE off, shut the phone off and power back on, turn VoLTE back on and do another power cycle.

If that doesn't do it, I'd call Verizon tech support and see what they suggest.

yes just ran update on this one last night.

well i have no idea why but it just started working. weird. thanks guys.

The purpose of the last two updates was to address features (AKA bugs) in this capability. 21.44.12 should be pretty sound.

ya working pretty well. we have trouble with the video phone calls. sometimes the camera is frozen, most times it will show the wrong camera(rear one) and one time i couldnt even see her the screen was black.
