advertising adds

hello everyone I was wondering if anyone knew how to identify the app that is causing the pop up adds.
my browser opens up by itself and takes me to a webpage saying:

" your galaxy slll is running low on memory,available memory is 8%"
please install recommended android app and clean your device now!!!

I installed some free apps from the google store, and I was wondering
if there Is a way to know which app is triggering the add.
I tried uninstalling some of them but the problem still persist.
any help will be appreaciated.
