advice from Android users?

Hi there im new to this forum. I recently purchased a Superpad III clone it came in the usual white box with a picture of the pad on top the red and black superpad III writing. Now ive had it 5 days and its acting up already, if i download apps they are gone the next time i reboot. The same happens if i delete files from the internal storeage (8gb) when i reboot they come back. Weird i thought, im IT literate so thought irl put a new tim rom on it no problem. Tried all the roms upto 5a on a 2gb sd card (1tf slot) turn pad off and reboot system the setup starts then says complete shutting down in 1min, the card is removed i switch on and it just boots into regular android like id never done it. Ive had some late nights researching this and its doing my head in. The spec is as follows i know tims roms should work acording to my research.

Model: DISCO10
Android: 2.2-20110529
Kernel: 2.6.32.9 zjd@dtlinuxserver #31
Build: FRF85B
Screen: 600x1024
CPU: ARM v6 Compatible
Bootloader: Unknown
PSU: 5v
Green charging LED
1TF slot

Cant think of anything else. Im thinking of sending it back ive emailed the Chinese UK seller but their writen English is like being pen pals with Yoda seriously. If i can flash it and fix the problems and improve performance id keep it cos it aint a bad pad for
