I've had my DInc since the day before release. While under 2.1, I experienced the "Low on Space" warning a few times. I was able to prolong it a couple times, but finally had to Hard Reset it.

Then, at the end of August, I manually updated to 2.2. A few weeks ago, I got the warning again. However, since I'd read of some problems after manually updating and experiencing some lag myself, I decided to go ahead and reset again.

Tonight, the warning returned after installing Adobe Air. I could list my memory stats but am too lazy. So trust me, they're WELL within reason.

So, what to do? Do I reset again, Warranty out my phone, or try to swap it for another model (if DInc can't get around this)?

1. Root your phone.
or
2. Downgrade back to 2.1 and update to 2.2 using the official OTA update that will be pushed out through verizon.

Unless I'm missing something I don't see what good this would do. I got the same Low Space message two weeks ago and I'm on the OTA.
