Hello,
About 8 months ago, I bought my Nexus 7 (2013). I really do enjoy it, and have used it every day since I've purchased it. However, I'm having a couple minor issues with my Nexus 7 (2013), and need some advice to go about it.
On occasions, my Nexus 7 will become unresponsive to touch. I will have to touch the screen several times for it to respond, and swipe controls will do haywire. I'll fix this by putting it on stand-by mode, and by reactivating it, it will work a normally. (Note: Update 4.4.3 has seems to mostly fix this issue). Note that I do have a very thin screen protector.
Also, after running certain apps that require a lot of processing and such, my Nexus will start to heat up (only in the top half center of the device). I do have a rubber case that does trap some heat, and taking it off does seem to cool it down a bit, but it is still warm. I understand this is pretty normal, but I'm just curious if it can be reduced or if it poses as a threat to my device.
Any explanations or ideas?
Thanks in advance.
