ADW launcher

Call me dense but I can't for the life of me get to grips with the ADW launcher everyone is raving about. Currently having both the standard HTC launcher and ADW (no default), and it'll stay that way until I either understand the thing or uninstall it =(

Drawers are apparently something fun to play with, don't ask me how to use them tho ... Google only comes up with rave reviews with hints of the goodness to be had ...

Help?
 
ADW's not really for people who don't "get" tweaking settings. It's a lot a lot of options.

Try Launcher Pro instead.
 
As I've used Linux since RH 4.2 or thereabouts it's a bit embarrasing managing settings wise. Actually what I don't "get" is what the settings do, what the "drawers" are and how to use them etc. Just a simple doc indicating what to do to get started using the thing. Maybe it's just me as everyone seems to be doing fine :D
 
Ah, there are a few vids there I see - k, I'll have a look.

EDIT: Now I see a linky to youtube as well ... thanks it helped.
