Hi, I've just purchased an Android Pad10
Which has the same Kernel and build number as yours. I found here or at xda-developers an app called gingerbreak and downloaded the latest version, ran it and it took a while but eventually my tablet re-booted (scary) waited three of four minutes
I now can access the inbuilt 4GB sdcard via my PC using an FTP app
