Its magical has something to do with accuracy

amulet of charge. Allows wielder to store up to 10 charges in it to be released later all charges must be released at the same time at a sing target can be reused

Haste amulet twice per day allows wielder to have an extra attack in combat

So does it just save charges, or charges/type of charge? Basically can I save charges from one school and use them on another
