I recently updated my international version of Note 2 with official 4.4.2 ROM version N7100XXUFND3. Now spen feature like handwriting recognition while typing messages is not working. Is anyone else facing similar issues after 4.4.2 update? Any possible solutions?
It appears to be a bug with language settings. On changing the language to English(UK); I now get the handwriting option when typing messages. This option however does not appear when language is English(US).
