After a tip...ICS ..App Icons..

Anyone know yet how to stop application icons from installing on my empty desktop screens?

Helpfully, after a full reset, I had 60 icons to remove once all my apps re-downloaded..

I thought ICS was meant to be a step forwards...

In the properties of android market (google play) there is an option to install.automatically a widget in the home screen, could be related to that ?
