You gotta provide a little more info than that. What rom are you on? Do you mean the stock 2.3.4 root or the 2.3.6 root? Is the phone stuck at the bootscreen?
It's the 2.3.4 pre rooted.(stock) It doesn't get stuck anywhere. Sometimes I get an error message that says com. android phone has stopped suddenly. then It tells me to force stop it. The buzzing I'm talking about is like if you try Z4 root app. Your phone goes through a bit of buzzing.

Well I've never flash that pre-rooted tar so I don't know. If you're trying to flash roms just run the 2.3.6 update and install cwm and go from there or you could try flashing the pure stock tar and then do the root yourself.
I want to thank KageBeast for the suggestions. I ended up flashing the stock. Then ran the update. The buzzing (vibrations) stopped. I'm now going to do the root myself. thanks for the input.
