Help After giving 3G connection, websites are not working

Hi,

I have given the 3g connection few days back and it got activated successfully.

I am getting H symbol in the GPRS connection.

Now i am facing a weird problem. I could not able to browse any of the sites (it is giving Web Page not available) but i could able to access the applications(through 3G connection) that are installed in the phone eg., I could able to download apps from the Market etc.

Do i need to make any other settings for the websites to work in 3G connection?

Hey Sridar
Have you tried using different browser than the default one ? (Try Opera) ?

This in an issue with O1, being discussed in a different thread.
Hopefully you should be able to browse using different browser.
 
Thanks. Actually i changed the Access Point Name in Settings to reflect "Mobile Office" and now it works. Earlier it was set to "WAP..." hence it was not working.

Nice to hear that. Can any of you give path on where did u changed the access point ?

I could not find it on the setting in the default browser
 
you have to ask the operator you are on to give you the setting if you don't know them.
i'm on vodafone and i kind of know them by mind because i'm a old client of then :)
