Accessories after-market battery question/comparison

Hello board...quick question...I'm on amazon comparing Seidio 3500 mah battery (Amazon.com: Seidio Innocell 3500 mAh Extended Life Battery for HTC EVO 4G (Black): Cell Phones & Accessories), and another "no-name" (literally cant find manufacturer info) 3500 mah battery (Amazon.com: [FREE 1-3 DAY SHIPPING UPGRADE!] HTC Evo 4G 3500mAh Extended Battery + Cover: Cell Phones & Accessories), which is cheaper and seemingly less unattractive than the Seidio...questions are:

Anyone with experience with the Seidio, or any other after-market battery- I have read occasional reviews that these batteries lose their "oomph" after a period of a month to a few months, and most of the good reviews I find online are from people who have posted shortly after receiving it...how common a problem is it, does anyone know? Battery losing capacity after a few months of usage?

Also, anyone with aforementioned experience with any after-market 3500 mah battery, are there any brands to look for or avoid? I have heard a lot that the Seidio extended case is pretty awful...would hate to have to use it if there is a better, or at least lateral alternative that is not so unappealing in visual and tactile terms...

I've tried to find some direct comparisons but I can't find anything. Any info would be hugely helpful.

Thanks!

I have the "no-name" one from Amazon. It was $40 or so and it came with a case as well.

It sucks. Get the Seido. I get AT MOST 6 hours out of this battery. Total crap.

Ugh. Bummer. I was hoping to hear something other than that. Just out of curiosity, did it start out strong and fade to 6 hours after a few months (per my initial question) or was it bunk from the beginning? (Not doubting your feedback, just wondering if this is another example of diminished charge capacity after a period of time...I'm wondering how frequent an occurrence this is...)
