Help After new update...

I just downloaded the new update for the Epic. Once downloaded and restarted, the phone attempted to look for a firmware update.
It eventually times out and I got an error message saying a unknow error has occurred. please contact customer care if the problem persists.

anyone else have this issue?

FYI, this happens if I try to check for a Firmware, Profile or PRL update.

It happens from time to time. I would worry about it too much.
