Root After Rooting my phone

On this, I have completed rooting, and i can now see the superuser permission app
What should I do now?

I am so confused what should I do now first.
download 928blackglass or do something else? because On 928website, it states to download something else first then download it.

Also, what is deodexing?....

Dedexing is getting rid of the odex's on certain files so that they can be changed. It is needed to install themes. I recommend you install the 928blackglass deodexeer first. That way it deodexes your phone plus gives you a nice theme. Its really simple to do and is a good way to take out 2 birds with 1 stone.
