Root After rooting, phone has no internet connection.

I rooted today with the all in one root kit (root and cwm recovery), but now my phone won't connect to the internet without wifi.
The 4G icon is on and the upload arrow blinks every few seconds, but not the download arrow. I've tried anycut, airplane mode, rebooting, etc and nothing works.
Has anyone encountered this before? Is there a way to fix it? I have read that people have had problems with losing their 4G but I've got zilch. I would kill for 1x right now (jk). Any ideas folks?
 
I replied in the downgrade thread but I'll go ahaid and paste it here:

The ZVC update fixed message popups, updated gmsr7 security, and fixed wifi to network handoff. It also tried to fix the reboot issue which turned out to be bad hardware.

After reading more about it I decided not to downgrade and pray for a ZVC root soon.
 
Did you try the dialcode to toggle 4g?

*#*#4636#*#* followed by the call button will take you into a menu. First choice is phone information. scroll down and you will see preferred network type.
CDMA auto (prl) is 1xrtt, CDMA/LTE/EvDO auto is 4G. Turn off radio and turn on radio should be enough to get 1xrtt going. 4G requires a reboot.

The Anycut LTE configuration shortcut should have jump started 4G for you tho

1+^ Yeah the anycut lte configuration should fix it entirely . If that's what you did.
