Help ahhhhhh! i cant download some apps

I have tried to download some apps but it says download unseccesful. Cannot download on sd card. As far as I know my card is fine. I can download music and pics but not apps please help

setting> applications> manage apps> click market> clear data and Cache

try that and see if it helps, it does for me when i get errors like that and or try to redownload

Done that but still same problem
