Sorry Daveloft, hard to sympathize with you here. Too many people just download games without reading the product description. I don't think it is fair to criticize a developer who warned you ahead of time not to download his product.
While I agree that developers should "hide" their products from incompatible devices, as it would eliminate situations such as yours, it is the consumer's responsibility to be informed. I would be far more sympathetic to your plight if the developer was deceptive. But, as you acknowledge, the developer made it very clear that the HD version does not work on Galaxy devices.
Normally I steer clear of threads like this, because nothing I write will convince you that you were at fault. However, as a member of this (awesome) community, I can't just let you imply that the developer is somehow being dishonest or ripping people off. You were careless. Admit your mistake, contact the developer, and try to get a refund.
