Airplane mode Weirdness

Hi Guys,
I've just got my HTC Desire and love it, but I've encountered a small problem - I can't seem to get my phone out of Airplane Mode.
I did install Locale, I then noticed that the phone always goes into Airplane Mode, so I uninstalled locale but the problem persists - I've seen loads of other threads about this with other handsets, but got no real ideas of how to solve it - any ideas?

Problem solved! - it was some settings on a sleepybattery app - phew! thought it was gonna be a big problem.
