Root Airplane Mode

So I installed the newest "OTA" froyo on my phone. I am rooted, s-off, running king's BFS kernel #1. For some reason, 3-4 times, airplane mode has automatically turned on after the phone has been asleep for a while.
Any Ideas as to what it could be?
Thanks
