Airplane Mode

Did you install or uninstall anything recently that may have caused this?

If not then do a hard reset OR take it to a sprint store and see if they can help.
 
This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I actually took it to the Sprint store the 1st time this happened and they fixed it. I dont wanna drive down to the Sprint store everytime this happens. btw - Ive owned this phone for only 1 month.
 
Call the sprint store from another phone and see if they can walk you through it... or web chat with online tech support.
 
Same thing happened to me... but I have the Eris. Its quite a pain. Any other tips? I already tried restarting it a few times.
 
I just had this happen to me! I had just been using wi-fi, turned wi-fi off, then turned on airplane mode. I was checking out what worked and didn't while in airplane mode, then went to turn airplane mode off, and the choice was greyed out! Rebooting fixed it. Whew!
