Help airplane mode

I have the Moment and I cannot get it off Airplane Mode. I held the Off button and made sure Airplane mode was off there and also went to Settings, Wireless controls and Airplane mode is unchecked. How else can I get my phone off airplane mode so I can use it???????

I finally got it to work after taking the battery out about 5 times and doing a factory reset in the middle of all that!
