Alarm clock stopped working

I use my phone for a work alarm and have it set to repeat during the week, I had to work at a different office yesterday so set a new alarm, this failed to go off, I thought it was just that I set it wrong but this morning my regular alarm failed to go off too.

I've checked the volume controls and everything is set to high volume, I can't see anything that would stop it from going off?

Are you using a task killer? The alarms don't go off if you kill the clock app.

Ah yes d'oh, I did have it on the ignore list but I must have removed it, I've put it back on the ignore list.
