Look in the app drawer for something called "Alarm & Timer" or a similarly-named app.
Failing that, I'm sure there's tons of free apps in the Market that will have the functionality that you need (just search for "alarm").

On the Galaxy S phones it's simply the app called "clock" in the app drawer. Hopefully it's the same on the the SII. If that doesn't work for you follow olbriars' link or Alien's advice. You shouldn't have any problem finding something to suite your needs.
