Alarm issue

just bought an HTC Eris and the alarm works, just doesn't make any noise. It vibrates as well, but NO NOISE. How do I make it make noise? Everything else I do makes noise, phone calls, notifications, everything, just not the ALARM. Please help if you would.

Download "Digital Clock". It's free and lets you use any song you have on your phone as a wake up, recurring alarm, ect .

It worked!
It seems that it makes the screen to take a little longer to sleep.
I hope HTC fix this bug in their new update, Alarm should be a basic feature in any phone.

I learned this too....when I was 3 hours late to work. I just turned the volume all the way up and changed the ringer to "snooze" and so far I've been waking up, but it's not as loud as my last phone.
