Alarm Issues?

For some reason my alarm keeps going to silent. Throughout the day i'm constantly putting my media and ringtone volume to silent or maximum but this shouldn't affect my alarm ring correct? Even have the alarm to play when phone is on silent. Constantly being woken by my phones vibration and not the sound. Any way to fix this?

Try installing quick settings from the market. It has volume controls and has one for alarms.
And make sure you have a sound set for your alarm too.
