Help Alarm keeps ringing

Hi,

Today I woke up a bit earlier than usual and went to bathrooom. While I was inside, the alarm went off and didn't stop till I came out specially to switch it off.

Is it possible to make alarm ring for definite period of time in stock clock? Say, 1 min, 2 mins etc?

Not that im aware of, but it does sound a bit silly why you would want to do that.
i mean, its an Alarm, to me its designed to wake you up, you tell the phone you are awake by selecting Dismiss or Snooze.

Why do you want it to play only for a little bit?

For the exact situation described. For the case where I forgot my phone at home and don't want it ringing all day long.

Most alarm clocks will shut off if the alarm isn't cancelled after some time.
