I don't know if this has been answered before but I could not find an answer here.
my question is: Is there a way to make the alarm go off when the phone is turned off?

Welcome to the forums.

Sorry to disappoint, but no it isn't possibly. Just like it isn't possible to have an actual alarm clock go off when it doesn't have power.


EDIT: Perhaps if you root, you may able able to tell the phone to turn itself on at some point and it could ring the alarm for you then...
