Help Alarms don't ring

Anyone else having this problem? I set the alarm to play an mp3, but when the time comes, it never goes off. Nothing at all.

If I select "vibrate" + mp3, then it will vibrate, but it will not play the mp3.

Is your ALARM volume up? Go set a new alarm tone and while you have that screen open, press your volume keys (it will physically say "alarm volume").
