Help Album Artwork problems on HTC sync

Hi I have a t-mobile UK HTC Desire running froyo, I think it is absolutely wonderful, but I have one small problem. I love how I can sync itunes playlists to my phone through HTC Sync, but even though I have all of the album artworks set up on itunes, when I sync with my phone the album artworks often get mixed up or don't show at all. Obviously this doesn't affect my general use of the phone but it's kind annoying and it would be great if somone could help me sort it out.

The stock player has to index new media files.
I use SDrescan from market for indexing.
