Alcatel OneTouch Snap 7025D doesnt turn on.

I have alcatel onetouch snap. I have installed CWM recovery on it and made wipe/data factory reset from recovery and after that my phone doesnt turn on.It writes onetouch Snap and stops on it.I am trying to upgrade my phone with Alcatel onetouch upgrade S 2.8.0 and it says move battery out and put it again, but I cant remove my battery.Who can help me? I think its from my ROM ,who can give me ORGINAL ROM for Alcatel onetouch Snap 7025D?
